1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing knolby.com or using Knolby's WhatsApp-based exam preparation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Knolby provides a WhatsApp-based exam preparation platform that delivers daily multiple-choice questions (MCQs), faculty-crafted explanations, and AI-powered readiness analytics for competitive and professional examinations including UPSC CSE, RRB NTPC, SSC CGL, IBPS PO, CA DISA, and others. The service is delivered entirely through the WhatsApp messaging platform and does not require any additional app download.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Knolby. By using the service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. The service is currently available to users in India and select other countries as announced on the website.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to Knolby's full exam preparation content requires a paid subscription plan. Plans are available in multiple durations (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 180 days) and are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or WhatsApp Pay. Subscriptions are activated within minutes of payment confirmation. Prices are subject to change; however, your active subscription period will not be affected by price changes.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within 3 days of your subscription start date, you may request a full refund by contacting us on WhatsApp or at support@knolby.com. Refund requests submitted after 3 days from the subscription start date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of technical failure attributable to Knolby. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7 business days to the original payment source.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through Knolby — including MCQ questions, explanations, analytics reports, and study materials — is the intellectual property of Knolby or its content partners and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content from Knolby without prior written consent. Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your WhatsApp account or Knolby subscription access with others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with our WhatsApp service; distribute or resell MCQ content obtained through Knolby; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate Knolby or its representatives. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
8. WhatsApp Platform Compliance
Our service operates on WhatsApp Business API under Meta's platform policies. Your use of Knolby on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business messaging policies. Knolby is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. Limitation of Liability
Knolby's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in question. We are not liable for: exam outcomes or results; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; service interruptions due to WhatsApp downtime or network issues; or any loss of data. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of exam success or particular results.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by stopping interaction with our WhatsApp number. Active paid subscriptions terminated by us without cause will receive a pro-rated refund.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at support@knolby.com within 30 days of the dispute arising. Both parties consent and waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
