Once a subscription is activated and learning begins, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Exceptions:

If payment is deducted but access is not granted within 24 hours, users may contact support for a resolution or refund.

Cancellation:

· Users can discontinue use at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

· For exceptional cases, write to support@knolby.com within 48 hours of purchase.
